A Familiar Face (The Revolution, MLP AU)

  A little context:
    The sound of explosions echoed dully in Rainbow Dash's ears, the consequences of being in an active war zone. Her vision was clouded by the fog, as she rushed forward, hooves smacking against the wet concrete. It was way to dangerous to fly, with the Empire's pegasi completely occupying this area. Suddenly, the breath was knocked out of her. Wrenching her neck up, she could just make out a glowing green horn and the glint of golden armor. Without thinking, she smacked her handlers into the Solar Empire Soldier's ribs, wincing as she heard a crack and quickly rolled away. Forcing her shaking legs up, she realized she was cornered...and there was another Solar Empire Soldier right behind her, trembling. Another pegasus, their face was obscured by the hemet. Grabbing the dagger at her side with her mouth, Rainbow shot forward. At the last moment, the other soldier darted out of the way, hitting the wall behind her, the helmet which was obviously too big for her, falling off. 
    A dull ache flared up in Rainbow's chest. Someone she knew..."Fluttershy." She groaned. The yellow mare pressed herself against the wall, weaponless and completely at Rainbow's mercy. "Why are you here?!" Rainbow snarled. At least her other friends on the solar empire's side, Twilight, Applejack, and Pinkie, could hold their own in a fight, but Fluttershy...The mare looked up, her lips managing to force out a single trembling word...'please'. Rainbow took a deep, shuddering breath. "GET OUT OF HERE." She roared, stepping forward menacingly. "GET OUT BEFORE I REMEMBER WHOSE SIDE I'M ON." Fluttershy didn't need to be told twice, she bolted past her former friend, leaving Rainbow swaying on her feet. The dull ache in her chest continued, a glowing red light. The consequence of Loyalty. Boy, would she have a story to tell Pinkamena and Rarity...if they were still alive.

So I love the idea of a Luna v. Celestia war and I wanted to draw something for it, because I feel like the Mane 6 would be pretty split. (Pinkie went to the mirror pool in order to try to please both groups of her friends, creating Pinkamena, on Luna's side.)
